Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States: USPS:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — rates calculated at checkout
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders $25 or more.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages LuxeLocket Jewelry SoCal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Luxelocketjewelrysocal@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!
